my path to coaching

I was raised with loose reigns and craved structure, so I made prisons for myself by chasing gold stars, seeking validation, and creating systems I thought would keep me safe. Straight A’s and an eating disorder became my mechanisms of control. But by 18, I knew I couldn’t keep going like that. I was burning out, and everything I once loved was starting to fade.

That summer, I committed to practicing yoga. And then I met Kat, who’s been my coach ever since. I dove into Eastern philosophy, mindfulness, and meditation, and slowly began to unravel the self-imposed chains of my perfectionism.

It wasn’t one specific thing that changed my life. It was the relationship I built with my own truth that guided me back to a foundation of remembrance. I believe we all know who we are from a young age, and on the road to adulthood, we just forget. My work is about helping you return to that quiet, grounded knowing.

Those tools helped me through college, heartbreak, my parents’ divorce, becoming a yoga teacher, and healing my relationship with food. They supported me as I balanced a full-time job while exploring creative work: writing a newsletter, launching Reading Rhythms and CANDID, and learning how to create without burning out or losing myself in the process.. They grounded me through cross-country moves, starting over after a breakup, finding the love of my life, and building friendships that feel like home. They gave me the courage to start and exit businesses, take risks, and fall in love with coaching.

If you are going through a transition in life, if you want to start a creative project but are afraid to put yourself out there, if you want to make new friends, get into a healthy relationship, move to a new city, quit your job, find a new job, or just get to know a version of you that you truly enjoy, I have been through it all and gained a few tools along the way.

But more than anything, I have remembered and rediscovered the truth of who I am. If you are ready to do the same, book a 30 minute consultation below!

Coaching that meets you where you are—and guides you where you want to go.

Discovery Phase

Clarity starts here. In this free 30-minute call, you’ll share what’s been on your heart, and I’ll share how coaching works. We’ll feel it out together and go from there.

Coaching Program

A clear path to lasting change. You’ll receive 3 sessions a month for 4 months—each one designed to help you build self-trust, clarify your direction, and take aligned action. This isn’t surface-level work. By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more grounded in who you are, what you want, and how to move through life with confidence.

Ongoing Coaching

In four months, you’ll move from uncertainty to clarity—with steady support, grounded action, and real self-trust at the core of it all.

A Clear Path, with Room to Breathe

1

Deep Dive

We begin with presence and curiosity. In our first few sessions, I’ll get to know you, your story, your longings, what feels stuck. We’ll gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped you and begin to map out the future you actually want.
2

The Unfolding

We design a path forward.Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap for your growth. This may include active tools, journaling prompts, practices, books, meditations, and rituals that support your healing and expansion.
3

Integration & Momentum

We put it into motion together. In our ongoing sessions, we’ll focus on implementation. We’ll stay accountable, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and celebrate your breakthroughs as they unfold. Nothing lights me up more than a client coming back excited about what they’ve discovered.
