Any questions before jumping in?

I know starting with a coach can feel like a lot. But I promise this will feel like a deep exhale. If there's anything you're wondering about before we dive in, just reach out. I’d love to hear from you.
FAQ

You're not the only one with big questions.

Whether you're wondering if coaching is right for you, how it works, or what we can actually talk about, I've got you. This space is here to give you honest answers and help you feel confident taking the next step.
What can I expect from a 30-minute consultation?

It’s a judgment-free space to pause, reflect, and get clear on what’s feeling stuck or misaligned. We'll talk through where you are, where you want to be, and what might be in the way. You’ll leave with more clarity, whether we work together or not.

What types of things do you help with?

I work with people who are in transition, feeling stuck, or questioning what's next. Together we explore life direction, creative fulfillment, purpose, relationships, burnout, and self-trust. If you're craving clarity, meaning, and a life that feels deeply aligned with who you are, this space is for you.

Is this coaching about mindfulness or more action-oriented?

Both. We start by slowing down and getting clear on what’s true for you. Then we build supportive practices and take intentional steps forward. The goal is to feel more whole, connected, and aligned with yourself so that your life feels cohesive, steady, and genuinely fulfilling.

Do I need to have a goal in mind before I book?

Not at all. Many people just have a sense that something feels off or that they’re ready for a shift. That quiet knowing is enough.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is future-focused. We may touch on the past for context, but the main goal is helping you move forward. This is about creating momentum and building a life that feels clear, aligned, and intentional.

What happens after the consultation?

If it feels right, I’ll share a few ways we can keep working together. You’ll have time to reflect and decide what feels best for you.

“Start close in, don’t take the second step or the third, start with the first thing close in, the step you don’t want to take.”
